SERVICE INFORMATION

To help you identify the keyless entry remotes used on 2.5TLs and 3.2TLs, use this information. See Fig 1 . The 2.5TL remote has two round buttons on it. (It's the same remote used on 1991-95 Legends, 1992-94 Vigors, and 1991-96 NSXs). To order a replacement, you'll need to fill out an order form (found in PIB A91-0013, and in the Dealer Parts Price List). The 2.5TL remote is not programmable.

The 3.2TL remote has one oval button at the top. The remote is standard equipment on both trim levels. To order a replacement remote, use P/N 72147-SZ5-A01. For remote programming, refer to page 23-124 of the 1996 3.2TL service manual.
