Washer Motor Test
- Turn ignition off. Remove left front inner fender panel. Disconnect 2-pin harness connector at motor. See Fig 1
. Connect battery voltage to terminal No. 1 and ground terminal No. 2. Washer motor should operate smoothly and fluid should spray from outlet nozzles. Replace washer motor if it does not operate.
- If motor operates, but little or no fluid is discharged from nozzles, check for disconnected or restricted fluid hoses and/or outlet nozzles. Repair as necessary. If fluid hoses are okay, check for clogged washer motor outlet. If no faults are found, replace washer motor.
