Lights-On Reminder Chime Test
- Remove the dashboard lower cover and knee bolster.
- Disconnect the 2-pin connector from the main wire harness. See Fig 1 .
- Test the chime operation by connecting battery power to No. 1 terminal, grounding No. 2 terminal, and cycling the power on-off repeatedly.
- If the chime fails to sound every time power is cycled, replace it.
