Door Mirror

1. Remove the mirror cover panel. See Fig 1 . Disconnect the 3-pin connector (2-pin for Canadian models) from the door mirror actuator.
2. Test the actuator as follows:

   1. Tilt Up
      
      Connect battery power to the No. 1 terminal and ground to the No. 3 terminal. See Fig 1 .
   2. Tilt Down
      
      Connect battery power to the No. 3 terminal and ground to the No. 1 terminal.
   3. Swing Left
      
      Connect battery power to the No. 3 terminal and ground to the No. 2 terminal.
   4. Swing Right
      
      Connect battery power to the No. 2 terminal and ground to the No. 3 terminal.
3. For Canadian models only, Check for continuity between thte No. 4 and No. 5 terminals.
4. On all models, if the mirror fails to operate as described, replace it.
