Oil Pump: Inspection
Measure inner rotor-to-outer rotor radial clearance. Measure housing-to-outer rotor axial clearance. Inspect both rotors and pump housing for scoring and other damage. Replace components if clearance measurements are not within specification. See OIL PUMP SPECIFICATIONS table.
