Steering Column Switches: Testing: Horn: Integra

Remove steering wheel. See STEERING WHEEL & HORN PAD under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. On models with cruise control, check for continuity between hub core and Blue/Red wire. Continuity should exist with horn sounder pressed. Continuity should not exist with horn sounder released.
