Starter Solenoid Test

Check starter solenoid for continuity between terminal "S" and armature housing (ground). See Fig 1. Ensure continuity exists. Check continuity between terminals "S" and "M". Ensure continuity exists. If starter solenoid does not test as specified, replace solenoid.
