SERVICE INFORMATION
An "action step" was omitted from the Electronic Idle Control Valve (EICV) Troubleshooting Flow Chart on page 11-40 of the 1986 Integra Service Manual.
The omission was the first step. "Connect the system checker harness between the ECU and connector (page 11-11)." The corrected flow chart is illustrated below. Please note the correction in your Service Manual.
