Checking The Wiring And Component

Check the cable between the control module terminal #A45 and knock sensor (KS) terminal 3. Check for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .

Check the cable between the control module terminal #A64 and knock sensor (KS) terminal 4. Check for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .

Remedy as necessary.
