Installing display and PCM operator control unit

1. Push on the electrical plug connections for the display and operator control unit in the sequence -C, B, A-  and the antenna amplifiers -D, E-  until the plugs are felt to engage. See Fig 1.

2. Check that the locking tabs on the PCM are out, open the lock with an Allen key if necessary.

NOTE: Before sliding the PCM/radio into the installation slot, make sure that the electric lines are not trapped by the PCM/radio or damaged .

After installation of a new display and PCM/radio operator control unit, the system must be activated with the PIWIS tester P 9718 . → 911019 Removing and installing display and PCM operator control unit - programming 

3. Push the navigation unit into the installation slot until the locks engage on the PCM housing.

4. Screw in the locking screw for the PCM and tighten it.
