Rear Compartment Lid Release Inoperative

  1. Put transmission in Park. Backprobe test light between keyless entry receiver Light Green wire and ground. If test light lights, check keyless entry receiver connector for poor connection.
  2. If test light does not light, check keyless entry receiver connector for poor connection. Check wiring for an open circuit. If all circuits are okay, replace keyless entry receiver.
