DTC U2502-86: Check Sum Error Received From Front Radar Sensor

U2502: 86 (VCM) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Check sum error received from front radar sensor
Detection condition	The vehicle control module (VCM) detects that the vehicle control module (VCM) received a check sum error from the front radar sensor.
Fail-safe	(See DTC TABLE [VCM] .)
Possible cause	Internal malfunction related DTCs are stored in the following modules. Vehicle control module (VCM) (See DTC TABLE [VCM] .) Body control module (BCM) (See DTC TABLE [BCM] .) DTCs are stored in the front radar sensor. (See DTC TABLE [FR] .) Front radar sensor malfunction (Refer to applicable FRONT RADAR SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION in workshop manual.) Vehicle control module (VCM) malfunction (built into body control module (BCM)) (Refer to applicable BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION in workshop manual.)
Repeatability verification procedure	Clear the DTC recorded in the memory. (see CLEARING DTC .)
