Door Lock Control Module

  1. Locate door lock control module (door lock timer unit) behind rear seat. Remove door lock control module from support bracket. Disconnect door lock control module connector. Check for continuity between specified terminals of door lock control module connector. See Fig 1 . See DOOR LOCK CONTROL MODULE CONTINUITY TEST  table. If continuity exists on all measurements, go to next step. If continuity does not exist on any measurement, replace door lock control module.
  2. Reconnect door lock control module connector. Using DVOM, measure voltage at specified terminals of door lock control module connector (backprobe connector) with specified terminal grounded. See Fig 1 . See DOOR LOCK CONTROL MODULE VOLTAGE TEST  table. Battery voltage should be present on each measurement. If battery voltage is not present on each measurement, replace door lock control module.

Unlock - Driver's Door A, B, F & J; D, G, H & I
DOOR LOCK CONTROL MODULE VOLTAGE TEST

Battery Voltage At Terminal (Wire Color) Ground Connector Terminal (Wire Color)
Driver's Door (Unlocked)
A (Red) H (Green/White)
B (Blue/Black) D (Red/Yellow)
F (Green) G (Brown)
