- INSPECT INTEGRATION RELAY (AIR PMP HTR)
- Inspect the integration relay (AIR PMP HTR) (Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION [09/2015 - ] ).

REPLACE INTEGRATION RELAY

OK

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER SOURCE)
- Remove the integration relay from the engine room relay block.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 1M-1 - Body ground Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V - Reinstall the integration relay.

NG
REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
Result:
OK

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ECM - INTEGRATION RELAY)
- Remove the integration relay from the engine room relay block.
- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1N-10 - A38-14 (HAI1) Always Below 1 Ω 1N-10 or A38-14 (HAI1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher - Reinstall the integration relay.
- Reconnect the ECM connector.
Result:
OK
REPLACE ECM
