Repair Procedures: Removal

Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
NOTE: After disconnecting the cables, wait at least 30 seconds.
Remove the air duct (A).

Remove the front impact sensor (A) by loosening the nut after disconnecting the connector (B).
Tightening torque:

6.9 - 7.8 N.m (0.7 - 0.8 kgf.m, 5.1 - 5.8 lbf.ft)
