DTC P28E4-19: SBW Over Current Detection: General Description

The transmission is equipped with a Shift By Wire (SBW) actuator, which changes the Shift By Wire (SBW) shift gears by rotating the Shift By Wire (SBW) lever under the control of the Shift by wire Control Unit (SCU) for each transmission. The position sensor detects the current shift gear position and passes the position information to the Shift by wire Control Unit (SCU).
