Installation Procedure
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution
If necessary, install the generator mounting stud. (3) - Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Generator (4) - Install
- Generator Nut (2) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Generator Bolt (5) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
Generator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Battery Positive Cable (3) - Install
- Generator Nut (2) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Protective Cap (1) - Install

Drive Belt (1) - Install - Drive Belt Replacement
- Lower the vehicle.
Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct (2) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
