Pump, Water: Removal: 2.8L

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Drain cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  3. Remove timing belt inner and outer covers. Refer to and COVER(S), ENGINE TIMING, REMOVAL .

  4. Remove water pump retaining bolts (1) and the water pump (2).
