Diesel Fuel Injection: Description

Diesel fuel injection system includes the fuel injection pump, injection nozzles, delivery and return lines, fuel filter with water warning light and glow plug system.

The thermal flow plug system has a controller, relay unit, thermal switch, dropping resistor, sensing resistor and glow plugs. I-Mark models also have a glow plug timer. Warning lights in the instrument cluster indicate when the glow plugs are operating or the fuel filter is filled with water.
