SH-AWD Control Unit Replacement

NOTE: The SH-AWD control unit must be initialized after replacement, otherwise the SH-AWD system will not function.
  1. Remove the rear side trim panel (see TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - REAR SIDE AREA ).
  2. Remove the SH-AWD control unit (A).

  3. Disconnect the SH-AWD control unit connectors (B).
  4. Install the SH-AWD control unit in the reverse order of removal.
  5. Do the SH-AWD control unit initialization (see SH-AWD® CONTROL UNIT INITIALIZATION  ).
